Service status
Nothing on this page can stop a meter or switch off a copy you paid for. Meters read local tools and license verification is offline, so none of these services sits between you and a working app. What this page reports is the smaller thing a purchase depends on: checkout, activation, recovery and the update feed.
Not yet · status service not wired
There is no status service to read yet, so this page reports nothing rather than reporting that everything is fine.
02 / 03 · Components
What this page will report.
Four components, each of which can fail independently and none of which can stop a meter.
Release publishing is tracked on the download page rather than here, because a build
that has never existed is not an outage. The app’s own update check reads Scott-Florida/usagepool-releases directly.
03 / 03 · Incidents and what to do now
Where incidents get posted, and who to tell.
- Active incidents are posted here
- When a component is degraded, this page carries the incident with a timestamp and what is affected. It will never carry an uptime percentage, because a number nobody is measuring is worse than no number.
- Customer questions
- [email protected] reaches a person. A web form will replace this at launch.
- Suspected vulnerabilities
- [email protected], privately. Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability. Full reporting guidance.
- Public reproducible bugs
- The public issue tracker on the releases repository, containing no account data.
