This page is a summary and does not modify the binding license that ships with the application. It explains the product rights and the practical limits before you buy.
02 / 03 · What you get
What a purchase buys.
- Free, from the first launch
- One provider, one fixed widget and its hover card. Bar style, Stoplight colors, brand and time period labels, percentage off and overflow highlighting on. No customization or notifications.
- Single, From $2 once
- One provider at a time, unlimited widgets, full customization, and high usage and reset notifications. You can switch the selected provider any time.
- Full, From $4 once
- Unlimited providers and widgets, full customization, and both notifications. Full covers supported providers added in future.
- Permanent paid licenses
- There is no subscription. Launch pricing changes the price, not the rights within your tier. Upgrading Single to Full costs $2 for a launch-cohort license and $3 for a regular-price license.
- A signed offline entitlement
- The entitlement is cryptographically signed and verified offline, stored in your Keychain. A licensing-service outage cannot deactivate a copy that was legitimately purchased.
- Hosted Stripe Checkout
- Payment happens on Stripe’s hosted checkout. This website never touches card data and has no payment form on it.
- 30-day refunds
- See the refund policy. A refund can stop future purchase recovery; it does not reach into an already-activated copy.
03 / 03 · What it does not promise
The honest limits.
UsagePool reads services it does not control. A provider can change or withdraw the interface an adapter reads. Some interfaces are private and may change without notice. The affected meters may be unavailable until the adapter is updated. The software is provided as it is, without a warranty that any particular provider will keep working.
UsagePool is commercial software. Versions published before 28 July 2026 under the MIT License remain governed by the MIT License.
UsagePool is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provider it supports. Provider and product names identify compatible services; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
